✅ Eligibility for Return / Replacement
A return or replacement request will be accepted only under the following conditions:
• Defective Product
If the product received is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect that affects its intended use.
Please note: Natural variations in material, texture, or finish are not considered defects.
• Incorrect Product Delivered
If the item delivered differs significantly in design, shape, or dimension from what was ordered.
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display settings are not eligible for return.
• Non-Functional Product
If the product is not working upon arrival (applicable to electrical items).
✔ In such cases, only replacement will be provided.
During the warranty period, in case of damage or non-functionality, only the defective or damaged part(s) will be replaced. Complete product replacement will not be provided.

- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where available)
- If pickup is not feasible, you may be asked to ship the product via a trusted courier
- Shipping charges will be reimbursed as per approval
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- Include all accessories, tags, invoice, and warranty card

- Exchanges are applicable only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Once verified, the replacement will be dispatched within 24–48 hours (subject to availability)
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product
- Timeline: 3–5 working days after approval
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method / bank account
