Can I alter/modify my order after placing it?
Yes! You can request changes within 12-24 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, contact us
within 24 hours of placing it.
Please share your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation is possible only if the order is not dispatched.(Provided it hasn’t been dispatched).

Do I have to pay for shipping?

How long will delivery take?

- Delivery takes 7–15 working days depending on your location

Will my order arrive in one package?
Not necessarily.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe delivery.
Do you have a minimum order policy?
We understand that customers sometimes need lighting solutions for small projects
and as such, we do not have a minimum order policy. We are happy to provide our
services even if you just need one decorative light.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please inform us within 24 hours
of delivery.
Share your Order ID via email or phone.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
