At Oreno, we offer warranty coverage on selected products to ensure quality and reliability.

• Our products come with either 2-year or 4-year warranty, depending on the product category.
• Some products may not carry any warranty, which will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

• Covers manufacturing defects and functional issues during the warranty period
• In case of any issue, only the defective or damaged component(s) will be replaced
• Complete product replacement is not applicable

Important Notes

• Warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage due to misuse or mishandling
  • Normal wear and tear
• Warranty is valid only with:
  • Proof of purchase (Invoice)
